Perry's last show with Journey was in February, 1987. Perry left Journey, the successful America rock band known for hits like "Don't Stop Believin'" in 1998, saying he got "burned out." Journey was inducted into the Rock-N-Roll Hall of Fame and Perry participated in acceptance speeches but didn't perform with the band. In 2014 Perry returned to the stage for the first time in two decades, performing with a California alternative rock band.
